A Mixed Bag of Experiences
The hotel is clean and in a great central location. The views from the top floors are quite fine. Adding to the charm, the evening stroll along the river was particularly nice.
My experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Sonia seemed overwhelmed and caused unnecessary stress with billing. This left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay.
