The hotel is clean and in a great central location, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The views from the top floors are quite stunning. Adding to the charm, the evening stroll along the river was particularly memorable.

However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Sonia seemed overwhelmed and caused unnecessary stress with billing. This left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay.

The check-in process could use refinement!!! A few housekeeping inconsistencies left the room feeling not quite fresh during stay!!! The pool area needed better maintenance to truly enjoy family recreation time!!!

This was just an appropriate option for a flash stay in Bay City with good value for cost. The fitness center was surprisingly decent, perfect for a quick workout. If you enjoy wine, make sure to attend the manager's reception for a relaxing evening.

However, there were issues with billing, as a credit card hold caused unnecessary stress, and it took time to resolve the charges. Additionally, there were moments of discomfort with staff demeanor during requests, which affected the overall impression.

Additionally, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable with people on the back patio, and it was concerning when they tried to engage with my young niece.

Wow, the local dining scene is lit! Close by, we found some hidden gem restaurants that truly satisfied my foodie cravings. Plus, during our stay, one young front desk staff member went above and beyond, helping us find a rollaway bed—major props for that!

Now for a cheeky jab—the musty odor in the room was a bit of a buzzkill, and we even had a few unwanted critters stop by.
